Ok but i wasn't serious about GoAnimate, GoAnimate is shit, just have that in mind.
Toon Boom is better than adobe flash, but it's more difficult to learn and most of the community uses Adobe flash, what should you use? It really depends on you, choose whichever you want having that in mind.
I don't know what I would use. Why do you think I made this post?
